The CAD Viewer 3D-Tool is a professional and user-friendly tool for viewing, analyzing and converting 3D models and for viewing 2D drawings.
The intuitive user interface is available in English, German, French, Spanish and Korean language. The Viewer spports monitor-dpi scaling and offers four modern color styles: dark, slate, gray and light.
Parts and assemblies can be hidden, switched transparently and displayed in different render modes. You can create cross-sections and exploded views with just a few clicks.
The 3D-Tool Viewer offers measuring tools for distances, angles, radii, wall thicknesses and free spaces. The viewer calculates the size of surfaces, cut surfaces, contour lengths, the center of mass as well as the minimum bounding box of parts.
For the evaluation of molded parts in tool making, drafts and undercuts are displayed in different colors. In order to estimate the clamping forces for molded parts the projected area is calculated.
3D-Tool supports DWG, DXF, CATDrawing and SLDDRW drawings and features 2D measurement tools, redline markups, as well as tools to edit drawing elements.
